Tekki works hard to provide an excellent customer satisfaction and proper support. We currently provide a Limited 90-day warranty for defectives products.
Tekki offers a Limited 90-day warranty for defects in workmanship and materials on products shipped from our Florida warehouse.
We do not cover the following situations:
- All the normal wear and tear from the use of the product
- Any abuse, misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, or other unusual use
- All the Clearance/Closeouts/Specials
- Special Orders
- Buyer's Remorse
How do you process a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)?
- Please complete your RMA form. Your account manager can provide with the document
- All the defective items should be shipped to Tekki at the customer's expense with an approved RMA number. The RMA form must be included outside and inside the box
- All RMA numbers provided will expire 3 weeks after issuance.
- All defective returns are inspected and tested by Tekki before a credit memo is issued. Any products returned that are not eligible for credit will be discarded.
- Tekki does not offer cash refunds. We will post a credit on the customer's account. This specific credit can be only used for the purchase of new merchandise.
